Hub collaboration on Total Orthopaedic Solutions wins HSJ Value award
The national NHS Total Orthopaedic Solutions framework won the Value and Improvement in Procurement category at the 2015 HSJ Value in Healthcare Awards on 22nd September.
The framework, a result of the NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership of the four NHS hubs, tackles one of the highest areas of non-pay spend, and one that has been subject to varying results across the NHS in the past.
The Award is recognition of the achievements of the four hubs working together collectively. This framework - and the others being worked on by CPP - is revolutionising the marketplace for orthopaedic procurement and offers a viable strategic rationalisation opportunity for adoption across the NHS.
