Our Account Managers are here to understand and help deliver your needs at a strategic level, as well as making sure your views are represented across our organisation.Ensuring that everything we do translates into value and benefits for you, our customers.
Bringing a wealth of healthcare experience Daniel Lewin and Hamish MacDonald will each be responsible for a cohort of member accounts. They will work with you to better understand your specific requirements and challenges along with connecting you with the right NHS LPP expertise to explore and deliver identified opportunities.

How are you going to assist our NHS LPP customers?
Daniel and Hamish- In a nutshell, we’re here to bridge the gap between our customers and NHS LPP. We’re the first point of contact for our members , so the conduit for them and the wider the business.
Account Management is both an art and science, how would you describe your processes?
Hamish- I start by doing a deep dive on the customers’ needs and finding a consultative solution.
Daniel- Firstly, I aim to listen to our members, to determine their needs and then agree on a solution.
How are you going to gain customer trust to become a strategic partner for them?
Daniel- listening is key! Along with delivering on time. For me, I think trust goes hand- in –hand with respect to building an open and transparent relationship.
Hamish- Yes, along with the old saying ‘putting yourselves in the customer’s shoes’. It’s important to sit down with customers and create a plan together. This lets our customers lead on NHS LPP offer, which really at its core, we’re here to ensure that everything we do as a business translates into value and benefits for our customers.
What has your experience been in the healthcare sector?
Hamish- I’ve worked in healthcare for 24 years’ in global Medtech. I’m hoping I’ll be able to bring this wealth of experience from the ‘other side of the fence’ to customers at NHS LPP.
Daniel- I have over 10 years of clinical, operational, commercial experience in the health sector, working for and in partnership with the NHS. More recently I’ve worked within consulting, delivering efficient ways of working through the useof technology.
What drew you to the healthcare sector?
Hamish- It’s an exciting time to work in procurement with the changing and evolving landscape. To also work for the NHS and see the benefits you are making for patients really makes this role rewarding.
Daniel- I agree, it all comes down to doing the right thing for patients. I really like that at NHS LPP it’s all about putting the patients first.
What NHS Value do you most identify with?
Daniel- Putting patients first, everything we do is for the patient.
Hamish-Integrity, you have to transparent with customers.
Daniel- Can I have two? I agree - Integrity is essential
